We always recommend to clients that a negotiated settlement is better than progressing to any form of dispute resolution, be it mediation, adjudication, arbitration, or litigation. We always recommend that our clients employ an experienced construction solicitor if a dispute looks likely.

We will work with you, reviewing available information to determine the causes of critical delay, whilst keeping you informed every step of the way. We are skilled with all the methods of delay analysis and have the ability to simply explain what happened on your project.
