Live Project Audit
Whether the project is not progressing to the plan, or you have been advised that it is or will achieve the Completion Date, but you want to be certain, we can help.
Projects do not progress according to their planned intent for many reasons. Understanding what the causes of the delay are can be both complicated and confusing.
We have developed an evidence-based approach which identifies the reasons why the project is experiencing delay. We can also, if required, be involved in developing a project recovery plan.

Some building projects do not achieve the Completion Date and the parties cannot agree why. That is when the independent skilled assistance of we will assist.
